Refund Policy

At Velinso, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital social media marketing services, all sales are subject to the following refund terms.

1. No Refunds on Completed or In-Progress Orders

Once an order is placed and processing has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Digital services are delivered instantly or begin execution immediately, making refunds impossible once processing begins.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered at all

  • The order remains in “Pending” status for more than 72 hours without progress

  • A technical error on our system caused incorrect or failed delivery

In such cases, customers must contact our support team with their order ID for investigation.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Drops , just contact us for further review

  • Orders placed with incorrect usernames, links, or account details

  • Accounts set to private during or after order placement

  • Changes made by social media platforms (algorithm updates, removals, bans)

  • Customer dissatisfaction not related to service non-delivery

4. Refill Policy (If Applicable)

Some services may include a refill guarantee. If stated on the service page, refills will be provided instead of refunds for eligible drops within the guarantee period.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before opening any disputes.

6. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that you understand the nature of digital SMM services.
